Mang Tootz: The Stomach of Thomasians

It's lunch time when i decided to go into a food house name "Mang Tootz". This food house is popular from among students  along espaƱa boulevard at metro manila. like UST, FEU & UE, there's a little bit of curiosity. "What's in there?" then when i already get inside oh it's just a simple dish like what others have. So i ordered "Breaded chicken with tartar sauce, Sisig and their famous Banana Rhuma". But I was totally wrong for what I expected. The first dish i ate is the breaded chicken. I can't speak is because my mouth is full of rice! okay laugh at me! It was delicious i didn't expect that it taste like what's in the fine dining restaurants who offered the same dish. There's a kick of delightful. How about there Sisig? Yes it's one of their signature aside of breaded chicken it's not like other sisig offered in a smokey sizzling plate. It was not it was not. But if you taste it has a crunchy skin of pork with the essence of chilli and fresh onion. No regret at all whenever it was far away from my school. And lastly! The "Banana Rhuma" when i saw this little thingy at the top of the food stand i was very curious. Why Mang Tootz called it Banana rhuma? It just look like the same turon in the sidewalk. But I'm wrong again! When i got my first bite there's a wow on my tongue. The taste of mixed Rhum and Sugar. The crunch of fried crepe, the silky soft of saba banana and langka inside. If i only have a face of a viking i will order another batch of it. But sorry I'm shy. The only thing i can say is.. "I shall Return Mang Tootz!" I shall return.
